More Lives/Level Select:
During game play press and hold the following:
A+B+X+Y+L+R and rotate the analog stick.
Or
While playing the game, hold L + R + A + B + X + Y and rotate the Analog-stick. If you entered the code correctly, the message Get a life (for extra lives) or All levels (for level select) will appear.
